Ordering was simple

Ordering was simple. Clearly explained. Delivery was very fast and ahead of schedule. Great quality and perfect fit. Very pleased! Would use Binds Direct again and would recommend.

New Blinds

Really easy to order the blinds having been sent a free sample. Blinds received by courier in brilliant time. Fitting instructions were really simple and it took 30 minutes to fit two blinds.
Will be looking to order some more shortly.

Good service and quick delivery

Person on the phone was very helpful in how to take measurements and blinds arrived quickly and the material blocks out light well. Unfortunately still a lot of light leakage at the side of the blinds (roller blinds in recess), and the instruction videos had me hanging the blinds back to front - otherwise very helpful!

I ordered blinds in March they notified…

I ordered blinds in March they notified me they were delayed until April and I still have no indication of when I’ll receive them and it’s going into June. Do not order from this company. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I have paid for blinds I haven’t received. When I contacted them the attitude is put up and shut up. I’m going to have to get a third party to resolve this as they have kept my money for all these months. Complete con merchants!

Finish not great

Website is easy to use and fitting guide is simple to follow. Customer service was great when there was an issue with the measurements. Although the quality of the blind with regards to the cut and finish is not as great as the rest

Orders taking ages! - order 2925598

We ordered blinds on the 19th March ... tomorrow is 30 working days !!!! Still no sign of our order!!!! We have used them in the past & they have been excellent .... I have seen today they are offering 10% off on the website.... it would be nice if they can fulfil orders that were placed a while ago or Atleast have contact with their customers?.. we have chased them ..... customer service always polite & try to be helpful. I would like to order 2 more, but I am hesitant.....

Good Product, Poor Instructions

Well built product but marked down for some oversights in instructions namely
1. No fitting instructions came with it, I found them on BD website, but a note in the box to tell me that would have been good, but not much good if I had no internet.
2. The instruction video suggests 'use appropriate sized drill' , given BD know what size the screw is why not suggest the correct drill size?
3. No guidance is given on a recommended spacing for the support brackets, a fundamental issue I feel.
4. Nothing to suggest whether the chain link should be applied to one side only, or both

I order a taped wood blind for a single…

I order a taped wood blind for a single recessed window however when it arrived the pelmet was broken and when I hung the blind it measured only 1.23m drop instead of 1.78m and was clearly unfinished.
I initially sent a text when I noticed the pelmet problem but later when I became aware of the problem with the blind itself I rang their customer services number and after a short wait I was put through to a lady who looked at the photos I had sent and ordered a completely new blind a pelmet.
This arrived 4 working days later which I was pleased about however the initial problem delayed my work by 4 working days plus a weekend.
I have given 3 stars only thanks to the lady who sorted the problem out, had their been additional delay I would have only given one star.
The blind itself is good quality and good value for money but blinds direct need to investigate and resolve how a half finished blind was sent out to a customer if it wants to receive a 5 seat rating.

The service was fast and accurate

The service was fast and accurate. The quality of the product is good and we would use you again and recommend you to our friends. A small point, whoever ties on the toggles needs to make larger knots, I had to redo every one
